Crypto.com is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end product design quality across consumer products. Design is not decoration here—every friction point matters.

You will set the design standard and ship exceptional experiences that move business outcomes: strategy, journeys across products, the shared design system, and research-driven roadmaps. You’ll turn data and interviews into decisions, coach designers, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-impact crypto

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of design for digital consumer products at meaningful scale.
• Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end ownership including problem, tradeoffs and impact.
• Apply UX principles to drive outcomes and balance data with user needs.
• Managed multiple workstreams in parallel while shipping quality work.
• Developed and coached mid-to-large design teams to raise capability.
• Able to translate creative vision into business language and align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy end-to-end and set quality bar for products.
• Define customer journeys and solve complex UX problems across discovery to production.
• Present design direction and rationale to senior stakeholders; shape the roadmap.
• Coach designers on journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes at scale.
• Oversee and contribute to the shared design system across teams.
• Turn user research into roadmap-changing recommendations, not just slides.
