KnowledgeCity seeks a Lead Product Designer to set the design direction for its learning and workforce tools across web and mobile within an AI-native operating model. You will own the design system, UX standards, and the UX Designer AI agent used by Product Engineers.

You will drive AI-enabled design, generate prototypes, review AI outputs against the design system, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA, RTL and multilingual support, and shape cross‑product experiences like admin dashboards and client-branded

Qualifications

• 7+ years product design experience including leadership across multiple products or a platform.
• Proven ownership of a design system and component library used by several product teams, including design tokens and theming.
• Hands-on use of AI in design work: AI design and prototyping tools, LLMs, and AI coding tools to build working prototypes.
• Experience writing prompts, rules, or skills that make AI tools produce consistent, on-brand output and the judgment to review AI output critically.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end B2B SaaS work, including admin experiences, dashboards, and complex flows.
• Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, libraries) and comfortable prototyping in code.
• Hands-on experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, RTL and multilingual product design.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, React and how designs are implemented by developers and AI agents.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve a machine-readable design system, design tokens, and a component library used by AI agents and code generators; ensure theming, localization, RTL support, and accessibility.
• Configure and continuously train the UX Designer AI agent: write and maintain skills, prompts, and rules; define reviews and quality gates; improve it from audit results.
• Use AI end to end in design work: generate concepts, prototypes, synthesize research, write UX copy, and produce documentation from idea to validated prototype.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers and their AI Developer agents to translate designs into working UI; review AI outputs against the design system before release.
• Design cross-product experiences such as platform homepages, client-branded templates, app navigation, sign-in, and transitions.
• Run continuous UX audits with the AI agent and translate findings into prioritized tickets for Product Engineers.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, RTL and multilingual support built into the agent's rules.
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing; use AI to synthesize findings and validate designs before build.

The Lead Product Designer at KnowledgeCity sets the design direction for the company's suite of learning and workforce products across web and mobile within an AI-native operating model. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role owns the design system, UX standards, and the UX Designer AI agent used by Product Engineers. The role focuses on encoding principles, patterns, and components into agent skills, using AI to research, prototype, and audit, and is measured by the quality and consistency of AI-produced designs across the platform.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve a machine-readable design system, design tokens, and component library consumed directly by AI agents and code generators; ensure theming, localization, RTL support, and accessibility.
• Own, configure, and continuously train the UX Designer agent: write and maintain its skills, prompts, and design rules; define review criteria and quality gates; improve it from audit results so Product Engineers get consistent, production-quality designs.
• Use AI end to end in design work: generate and iterate concepts, build interactive prototypes in code, synthesize research, write UX copy, and produce documentation to move from idea to validated prototype in hours.
• Work with Product Engineers and their AI Developer agents so designs translate directly into working UI; review AI-generated screens and front-end output against the design system before release.
• Personally design cross-product experiences such as the platform home for employees and administrators, client-branded homepages and templates, app navigation and switching, sign-in, and transitions between products.
• Run continuous UX audits across all products with the UX agent in auditor mode, score them against standards, and convert findings into prioritized tickets for each Product Engineer.
• Ensure every new feature meets WCAG 2.1 AA and that RTL and multilingual experiences are first-class, with these rules built into the agent's skills.
• Run lightweight user research and usability testing with clients, admins, and end users, using AI to synthesize findings and analytics and validate designs before they are built.

• Proven ownership of a design system and component library used by several product teams, including design tokens and theming.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI in design work: AI design and prototyping tools, LLMs (such as Claude or ChatGPT), and AI coding tools to build working prototypes.
• Experience writing prompts, rules, or skills that make AI tools produce consistent, on-brand output, and the judgment to review AI output critically.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end B2B SaaS work, including complex admin experiences, dashboards, data-heavy screens, and end-user flows.
• Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, libraries) and comfortable prototyping directly in code.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and designing for RTL and multilingual products.
• Working knowledge of front-end technology (HTML, CSS, web components, React) and how designs are implemented by developers and AI agents.
