Qualificações

• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
• A portfolio showing shipped consumer work on mobile apps or web (required).
• Comfort moving across prototyping, production, and interaction design without handoffs.
• Passion for sports, betting, live events, or broadcast media.
• Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping workflows.
• Contributions to a design system.

• Own the Project: Take full responsibility for your product squad’s design outcomes.
• Build Constantly: Prototype early and often with AI visualization tools.
• Lead with Visual Craft: Deliver high-impact, immersive designs with strong typography and motion.
• Shape the Product: Collaborate with engineers and PMs to shape the build.
• Visual Design: Create layouts and UI/UX for complex app systems in live sports.
• Motion & Interactivity: Design with precise, tactile motion.
• Fluency in Native Design: Leverage iOS/Android paradigms for native experiences.
• Owner Mindset: Use research and fan feedback to inform quick product decisions.
