Job summary

You will partner with engineers and product management, mentor designers, and present to executives, bringing craft and prototyping expertise to ship impactful features and establish new patterns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience designing business or enterprise tooling, with CTV context as a bonus.
• Experience shipping product design features and collaborating with development teams and product teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, collaborating effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Interest in innovation and challenging the status quo, with a drive for ideas that move with clarity and fluidity.
• Motivation to use data to inform design decisions and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to design solutions that solve business problems and deliver impact, leading complex projects independently.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and other design tools.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects with broad or ambiguous scope.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in recruiting, process improvement and standards development.
• Shape strategy, design vision, and product capabilities for an evolving advertising platform.
