Lead multiple strategic and tactical design initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact and alignment with company goals. Manage project expectations, dependencies, and timelines to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define and execute a shared product vision that meets user needs and business objectives. Provide design leadership across multiple teams, ensuring quality, cohesion, and adherence to best practices. Advocate for process improvements, optimizing design workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Experience working in Jira and Atlassian Wiki (Confluence) to document processes, manage design tasks, create user stories, and collaborate within Agile workflows. Stay informed on emerging trends in UX, visual design, and technology, proactively sharing insights and integrating relevant innovations into the design practice.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

6+ years of experience in product / UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, visual design, and interactive experiences. Deep understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards. Experience working across multiple platforms (web, mobile, connected TV) in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution. Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
