Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Founding Product Designer (IC) to own end-to-end product design for an embedded B2B SaaS with a consumer-like UX, based in San Francisco on-site. You will lead from discovery to high-fidelity UI with strong ownership of the design system and key brand work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery through high-fidelity UI.
• Act as the founding designer, owning the design function including product UX, design systems, and select brand/website work.
• Partner closely with the CEO and Engineering in a low-process, high-ownership environment.
• Design flexible, white-labeled UI patterns that adapt to partner platforms.
• Build and evolve a cohesive design system without slowing shipping velocity.
• Translate ambiguous, data-heavy financial problems into clear, usable experiences.
• Work directly with customers to support onboarding and embedded UI launches.
• Influence product direction, quality, and outcomes at a career-defining stage.
