CLEAR is seeking a Manager of Product Design to lead a talented team and remain hands-on with design. You will own end-to-end initiatives, guide identity and verification journeys, and partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to turn user insights into impactful experiences.

You will mentor designers, balance leadership with execution, and elevate design systems to improve coherence and velocity across CLEAR. A strong portfolio and 8+ years in product design are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Design hands-on end-to-end initiatives from discovery through launch, setting the benchmark for design craft
• Mentor Product Designers with clear direction and growth opportunities
• Oversee design execution to ensure usability, craft, and visual consistency
• Balance leadership with hands-on work based on priorities
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate user needs into intuitive experiences
• Champion user advocacy using insights, analytics and experimentation to reduce friction
• Elevate design systems and workflows to improve team velocity and coherence
