Qualifications

• Sustains knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
• Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Food safety certification; commit to certification within 6 months if not certified.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relation skills.
• Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Regulatory and safety policy knowledge; product knowledge.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations apps.

• Makes hiring and separation decisions.

• Keeps knowledge of competitors and industry trends up to date.
• Sets and achieves highest standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Trains, develops, mentors, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and communicates vision.
