Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all functions of the Produce Department to meet sales and profit goals.
• Follow merchandising plans for space management and department profitability.
• Order merchandise and control inventory to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Receive, price, restock, and rotate products while protecting quality.
• Train, schedule, and supervise produce department staff.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare weekly schedules based on projected sales and workload.
