Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related experience and/or training in produce or retail.
• Knowledge of local produce, seasonality, and market trends.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination to ensure quality and supply.
• Lead merchandising, displays, signage, and pricing to support sales goals.
• Oversee department operations and training to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll coordination with HR.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
