Job summary

DreamPak is seeking a Lead Processing Operator for 2nd shift (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday). You will set up and adjust production machines, monitor equipment, and support a SQF compliant facility while maintaining food safety and CGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of production operations experience, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Monitor equipment and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Load supplies, replace molds, and support other operators.
• Test finished products and record manufacturing data.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, CGMPs, and customer specifications.
• Report food safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Due to growth, are hiring for a Lead Processing Operator - 2nd shift position. The shift is 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday - Friday, with an occasional Saturday (as required). The position comes with a competitive hourly wage, full comprehensive benefits program, 401K retirement program, paid time off and holiday pay. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Set up and adjust machines
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
• Monitor equipment throughout production.
• Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces, and act as a link in a chain that involves several manufacturing processes and other operators.
• Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages.
• Acts as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system.
• Responsible for adhering food safety, CGMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer specifications.
• Report any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are required.
• The ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with team members across functional groups is desired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
