Job summary

Perc Engineering Co., Inc. is seeking a Midland, TX-based engineer to perform process and mechanical design of equipment and piping for onshore upstream and midstream facilities. The role requires knowledge of ASME and API codes and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

You will read and create P&IDs, size and select equipment, and interact with clients, suppliers, and management. Responsibilities include leading project teams, reporting activity, and traveling to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Petroleum Engineering.
• Read and create P&IDs with minimal supervision.
• Experience sizing and selecting process equipment (oil & gas).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and detailed design of process and mechanical piping systems.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Communicate progress to management and document activities.
• Travel to field locations up to 15% and support construction.
• Ensure work meets internal and client engineering standards.
