Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in chemical, process and/or mechanical engineering.
• Strong design and team-management capabilities.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• On-site presence at Rochester, NY and/or Rush, NY (25% travel).
• Experience with design reviews, estimating, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
