Job summary

Nalas seeks a Process Manager to lead chemical operations teams in producing strategic chemical products. You will identify issues, analyze results, and ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards while guiding a diverse team across multidisciplinary projects.

You will oversee batch documentation, pursue process improvements, and train personnel in control systems and safety procedures, including MOC and LOTO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (3+ years experience) or MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering (2+ years experience).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving techniques for scientific/engineering work.
• Proficiency calculating and reviewing material balances for processes and products.
• Experience with chemical process equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with control software such as LabVIEW and SCADA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more chemical operations teams producing Nalas products.
• Model adherence to EHS policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Develop team through performance review processes and mentor engineers and operators.
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices and Quality Manual.
