Job Summary
Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to business processes that enhance distribution center performance. Executes initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and cost reduction.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities

• Drive the implementation and standardization of process innovations across the distribution network, including documenting operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain labor standards, configure labor management systems, and generate distribution center reports.
• Conduct “test and learn” initiatives to create processes that increase customer value, reduce costs, and expand capacity.
• Identify root causes of performance issues through data analysis and observation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on supply chain initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data for process mapping, budgeting, and feasibility studies.
• Create project plans, communicate process changes, and manage priorities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Define, implement, and monitor process controls to sustain improvements.

Nature and Scope

• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex, high-impact problems, making prompt and sound decisions under uncertainty.
• Operate with significant autonomy, often developing innovative solutions for complex strategic and operational challenges.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, temperature extremes, noise, or bright lights.
• Mostly sitting or standing, with some light lifting or movement of materials.
• Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related field. Certification may be required.
