Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a senior maintenance professional to supervise process equipment maintenance staff and oversee day-to-day work. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Certification preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) plus years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum eight (8) years of cGMP experience required.
• Mastery of troubleshooting and process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor process equipment maintenance staff and direct day-to-day work assignments.
• Oversee timely troubleshooting of complex problems and guide repairs.
• Maintain equipment in use-ready, compliant state including lyophilizer, PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
• Monitor and correct issues generating equipment alarms.
• Provide upgrades and improvements and update maintenance procedures.
