Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of automation and/or process control systems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's technical team, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Drive troubleshooting and root cause investigations to resolve challenges.
