Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Process Engineer in Cincinnati, OH, to work on innovative Life Science projects, including Drug Substance, Drug Product, Fill/Finish, Single Use, Fermentation, and similar biopharma facilities. The role involves leading process design, developing process options, overseeing P&ID development, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

1. Establish process design bases and develop process options.
2. Calculate and organize data for process flow sheets for biopharmaceutical projects.
3. Oversee development of P&IDs and process equipment specifications.
4. Lead and mentor team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Life Science or related projects.
• Ability to lead a small team of engineers.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with API and/or Fill-Finish facilities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
