Qualifications

• 10+ years of process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams of engineers, designers, contractors, construction managers, vendors, and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the process mechanical design effort on projects.
• Hold team members accountable to quality work product.
• Perform QA/QC of engineering and design deliverables.
• Support business development and proposals including concepts, hours, and costs.
• Interface with clients and vendors on a regular basis.
• Travel to client sites and vendors up to 25%.
