Job summary

Revision Skincare is seeking a Manager, Process Engineering to lead end-to-end technical transfers between CDMOs, scale-up from pilot to production, and ensure OTC product validation in line with FDA monographs. You will collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to maintain compliance and supply continuity.

The role requires 7+ years in process engineering or manufacturing within cosmetics/pharma, strong project management, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical) or related field.
• 7+ years in process engineering, technical transfer, or manufacturing within cosmetics, OTC drug, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environments.
• Proven experience leading technical transfers between CDMOs, including engineering/qualification runs and GMP validation batches.
• Strong understanding of FDA OTC monograph requirements, cGMP regulations, and process validation (Stages 1–3).

Responsibilities

• Technical transfer and CDMO management across formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Lead scale-up of formulations from lab/pilot to commercial manufacturing.
• Develop and execute transfer protocols, risk assessments, and transfer plans aligned with ICH Q8/Q10 and Revision standards.
• Coordinate GMP validation batches and prepare transfer reports documenting outcomes and adjustments.
• Support evaluation and qualification of new CDMO partners for continuity and capacity.
