Job Requirements

• Experience in process quality control and business process management in ALUMINUM & STEEL mills (metals) environment.
• Experience using statistical methods for process control, defect reduction, and root cause analysis
• Experience developing or modifying processes/products to meet customer specifications and cost targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

Preferred Skills

• Statistical process control (SPC), capability analysis, and data-driven troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation
• Control plan development and process standardization
• New product/process development support (cost, manufacturability, end-use performance)
• Lean / continuous improvement methods applied to quality and throughput
• Management of Change (MOC) participation and documentation
