Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Process Development Senior Scientist to independently conceive, design, and advance experiments that drive process understanding, technology development, and manufacturing support. You will contribute to project leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of sterile operations.

The role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, experience with sterile drug product manufacturing, PPQ/validation, technology transfer, and strong

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with postdoc experience, or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Strong background in sterile operations, PPQ/validation, tech transfer.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, monitor and interpret complex experiments for process development and manufacturing tech.
• Prepare novel protocols and experimental designs for challenging problems.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Engineering.
• Author technical reports, investigations, and change controls with clear documentation.
• Provide hands-on support to sterile drug product manufacturing activities.
• Mentor junior staff and develop supervisory capability.
• Plan detailed project procedures including timelines and resources.
