Relco seeks a Process Automation Supervisor to lead the automation department in Willmar, MN, overseeing electrical and automation projects from design to delivery. You will plan resources, schedules and budgets, provide technical direction, and drive improvements across products and processes.

The role requires a bachelor's in electrical/automation/computer engineering and 10+ years in similar responsibilities, including Rockwell, Ignition and Siemens systems. Travel up to 20% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, automation, computer engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in process automation projects.
• Experience with Rockwell, Ignition, and Siemens hardware/software required.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Automation Department in development, improvement and optimization of automation products and processes.
• Plan resources, budgets and schedules to meet contract requirements and standards.
• Provide cost estimates, sales support and technical direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, cost efficiency and performance.
• Supervise, train and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
