Qualifications

• 5+ years of probate, trust, and estate litigation experience or 8+ years of civil or family law litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and serve as attorney of record.
• Genuine interest in trust and estate law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead attorney on trust and estate litigation matters.
• Draft and strategize legal documents.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk.
• Manage conservatorship and guardianship proceedings.
