Job summary

Doxim in Atlanta is seeking a Lead Print Operator to oversee a print production team onsite. You will set up and run digital and offset equipment, ensure color accuracy, and coordinate schedules to meet client deadlines.

The role requires prior leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of printing processes. The team collaborates with designers and prepress staff to deliver high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience are required.
• Experience with troubleshooting printing equipment and basic maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of color theory, print layout, and design principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of print operators, assigning tasks and monitoring workloads.
• Set up and operate various printing presses and equipment to produce printed materials.
• Monitor production quality, color accuracy, and adherence to specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate print schedules and prioritize jobs based on deadlines.
