Qualifications

• 3–5 years of print finishing or bindery experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial print finishing equipment and processes.
• Ability to read job tickets, schedules, and production documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot finishing equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, binders, and laminators.
• Review job tickets and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Train and mentor junior finishing technicians.
• Monitor finishing supply inventory and coordinate replenishment needs.
• Maintain equipment performance through preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Collaborate with production, design, and press teams to ensure project success.
• Promote workplace safety and maintain a safety-first environment.
• Support production goals, productivity standards, and customer requirements.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.
