Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years in pharma; 2+ years in people management.
• Expertise in recombinant protein analysis (mAb, bispecifics, therapeutic proteins) by MS, chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and light scattering.
• Experience characterizing PCA techniques for novel biologics (mAbs, AAV, ADCs) and evaluating new instruments.
• Experience with LC-MS techniques (intact/reduced/subunit RPMS, peptide mapping) and hyphenated MS (SEC-MS, CE-MS).
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop people; strong communication.
