Qualifications

• Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams across entertainment and connectivity products and systems.
• Ownership of engineering execution plans including scope, milestones, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Primary engineering interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Definition and tailoring of development strategy and SEMP for assigned solutions.
• Lead requirements definition, design reviews, and qualification/certification activities.
• Mentor engineers and secure staffing for bids, projects, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in development, integration, qualification and fielding of entertainment and connectivity products.
• Own engineering execution plan with milestones, resources, risks, budgets; act as Work Package Manager when needed.
• Coordinate with program leaders to align decisions with customer requirements and commitments.
• Define SE strategy and SEMPs; lead PDR/CDR, validation, qualification and acceptance.
• Lead reviews; document decisions, risks, actions and changes; drive improvements.
• Identify staffing needs and mentor teams across projects.
