Job summary

A global leader in secure manufacturing is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Boston, MA, to lead a full-stack product team in creating next-generation financial and card issuance SaaS solutions. This role combines technical execution with leadership, requiring expertise in security, cloud architectures, and collaboration with product teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including in regulated environments, and must demonstrate proven success in launching scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven success launching secure, high-availability platforms in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise across full-stack development with modern web and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to building secure financial and card issuance SaaS platforms.
• Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions across frontend, backend APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop engineers through architecture reviews and technical coaching.
