Job summary

You will guide long‑term planning, capital programs, and DER interconnections while mentoring engineers and steering cross‑functional work streams.

You will act as a SME in planning methodologies, engage with regulators, and represent the company in industry forums, contributing to policy

Qualifications

• BSEE required.
• Advanced degree (MSEE or equivalent) preferred.
• PE License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex distribution system studies (voltage, thermal, N-1, reliability, resiliency, power quality).
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent the company in regulatory proceedings and industry forums.
