Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy is seeking a warm, Montessori-trained Lead Primary Guide for its Spanish immersion program serving ages 3–6. The candidate will uphold authentic Montessori principles and foster bilingual education within a nurturing, culturally diverse classroom.
The role emphasizes hands-on lessons, daily Spanish integration, detailed observation of child development, and strong home-family communication, with a collaborative, growth-oriented learning community.
Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy, established in 2021, is a satellite campus of Orlando Montessori Bilingual Academy, an established Montessori school community serving Central Florida families since 1996.
Under the same ownership and educational leadership, our Clermont campus shares the philosophy, mission, and commitment to authentic Montessori education and Spanish language immersion that have guided our organization for nearly three decades.
We are a Montessori Spanish immersion school, where bilingual education is an integral part of the child's daily learning experience. We believe that exposure to a second language during the formative years fosters cognitive development, cultural awareness, communication skills, and a broader understanding of the world.
Our approach integrates Spanish naturally throughout the Montessori environment, allowing children to acquire language through meaningful interactions, hands-on learning, and everyday classroom experiences.
As a newer and growing school community, Clermont Montessori Bilingual Academy offers educators the opportunity to contribute to a developing campus while benefiting from the experience, support, and established educational foundation of our larger Montessori organization.
We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and Montessori-trained Lead Primary Guide to join our Spanish immersion school community.
