Park Schools Montessori is looking for a caring, Spanish-speaking Assistant Primary Teacher to join our Primary classroom team. The ideal candidate will support the Lead Teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while helping children develop independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with young children, values teamwork, and can incorporate Spanish language exposure naturally throughout the classroom day.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently or conversationally required.
• Experience with children in school, childcare, or educational setting preferred.
• Montessori experience is a plus but not required.
• Patient, kind, dependable, and passionate about working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Maintain open and professional communication with teachers, staff, and families.

• Comfortable supporting a busy classroom environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an Assistant Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Childcare Assistant, or similar role
• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Creativity in bringing Spanish language learning into everyday activities
