Job summary

One Medical is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal or Family Medicine physician licensed in California to join our Mission Valencia, San Francisco, CA office in a full-time role.

You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with options for in-office, testing center, and tele-health care, while collaborating with a team in daily huddles and virtual clinics. The position includes potential in-office procedures and state licensure expansion.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in California, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
