Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $105.00 USD Hourly - $115.00 USD Hourly

Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician for a Hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ with one of our biggest clients!

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ. Contract to hire!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Hybrid: Initially 2-3 days per week in office/field in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, transitioning to 1 day)

Pay: $105-$115/hr during contract

About The Role

As the Lead Primary Care Physician, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee care delivery, and drive operational excellence. Working closely with Care Delivery leadership, you’ll enhance patient outcomes, strengthen team collaboration, and optimize care efficiency in a value-based model.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing primary care practice with a focus on quality care.
Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers and complex care physicians.
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including home- and community-based services.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with best practices.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, community organizations, and business partners.
Optimize operations and financial sustainability.
Develop clinical protocols to improve care quality.

Qualifications

Medical degree and board certification (Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Medicine/Pediatrics)
3+ years post-residency experience preferred.
Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA certification.
Expertise in population health management, urgent care, and post-acute care.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Background check and drug screening clearance.
Valid driver’s license and adequate car insurance.

Preferred

Additional studies in public health or healthcare management.
Recent hospitalist experience.
