Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Provider Lead to oversee clinic operations alongside the CMO and Clinic Manager. You will help develop clinical standards, support strategy for care, and provide direct patient care 90% of the time while guiding the team 10% administratively.

The role requires Oregon medical licensure (MD/DO/NP/PA) with prescriptive privileges and at least five years as a PCP. Leadership experience is preferred and essential to champion continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Oregon state licensure as MD/DO/NP/PA with prescriptive privileges.
• At least 5 years of practice as a primary care provider.
• Leadership experience supervising PCP providers preferred.
• Knowledge of NHC policies, FQHC guidelines, and standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinic Manager to ensure successful operations in the clinic.
• Participate in team and quality meetings and share input on treatment guidelines.
• Provide on-site clinical supervision and back-up of Primary Care Providers.
• Lead site-provider team meetings and evaluate provider performance with constructive feedback.
• Support Performance Improvement Plans for providers at risk and assist in staffing needs.

In collaboration with the CMO, the Provider Lead will help develop clinical standards and support strategy as it relates to clinical care.
