Job summary

Veterans Health Administration seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) to provide direct patient care in the Primary Care Department at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The role includes responsibilities aligned with APN practice and EDRP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: post-master's certificate or master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
• License: active, current, full, unrestricted APN license to practice as an NP.
• Board Certification: ACNP/AGACNP and FNP/ANP/AGPCNP/WHNP certified by a recognized body.
• English proficiency: proficient in basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Primary Care Department at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in veteran care.
• Adhere to qualification standards and licensure requirements as described.
