Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead stamping press department ensuring safety and on-time targets.
• Coach and develop team members, enforce policies, interface with unions.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and reduce downtime.
• Report production, quality, and safety KPI to management.
