Command Missouri is seeking a Lead Press Operator to join our growing pressroom team in Jefferson City, MO. The role leads a three-person crew, operates press equipment, troubleshoots issues, and ensures quality and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, the ability to supervise, and a proven track record of reliable attendance and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced production setting.

• Troubleshoot press and quality issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure product quality and efficient workflow during the shift.
• Assist Pressroom Manager with daily operations and other duties.
• Promote a safe, organized, team-oriented work environment.
