Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Press Operator to supervise hourly crews on our full-time, 6 PM–6 AM 2-2-3 schedule. Under the VP Manufacturing or Department Supervisor, you will operate full converting line and finishing equipment with a focus on quality, waste reduction, and productivity.

Starting pay is $18-$21 per hour, with potential to earn up to $32 per hour as you advance. You will train others, meet customer specs, and ensure safety while maintaining 100% adherence to standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience or training.
• Experience driving a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews in efficient operation of production equipment.
• Read job tickets, ensure components are present and avoid conflicting info.
• Use inline finishing skills to meet print quality and register standards.
• Operate all line ancillary equipment.
• Set up and operate inline equipment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety, productivity, waste, and quality standards; record codes accurately.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure seamless hand-offs.
