A leading company in early childhood education seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher to oversee the education and development of children in their care. This role requires creating a supportive environment and leading a team of classroom staff to ensure high standards of education and care. Ideal candidates will have a BA in Early Childhood Education and relevant certifications, alongside strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for the education of each of the children in their classroom, developing an environment and curriculum that supports optimal development. The Lead Teacher works with the Center Director to plan and implement all center programs and to supervise and support the classroom staff. The Lead Teacher may assume responsibility for the center in absence of the Center Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
*This is a full year, full time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
8 ½hour work day with one ½hour unpaid break. Shift could change based on program needs.
This is a physically active position.

Salary Range: 25.16 - $29.57
