Job summary

Inspired Play Learning Center is seeking a Lead Early Childhood Preschool Teacher for a full-time, on-site position in Little Canada, MN. Qualifications

• Demonstrated teaching experience in early childhood settings.
• Proficiency in curriculum development for play-based learning.
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and classroom management strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families, colleagues, and community partners.
• Ability to maintain a calm, organized, and inclusive classroom.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; certifications are a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; commitment to ongoing professional learning.
