Cadence Education in Florence, KY is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to create a warm, inclusive classroom and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will lead daily operations, support children’s growth, and partner with families to ensure a positive learning experience.

Under the School Director, you’ll follow Cadence programs, maintain safety, document progress, and participate in trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.
• 6–12 months of early childhood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.
