The Gardner School in Andover, MA is opening a new state-of-the-art preschool this fall and is hiring for a Lead Teacher. You will lead an engaging classroom, mentor assistants, and build strong relationships with families while delivering developmentally appropriate lessons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or an associate degree with EEC Lead Teacher certification and 36 months experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
