Job summary

The Gardner School in Andover, MA is opening a new state-of-the-art preschool this fall and is hiring passionate Lead Teachers. You will lead and inspire your classroom, mentor assistants, build strong relationships with families, and plan engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.

We offer competitive pay from $21.25 to $25.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for growth within our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related; or High school diploma plus EEC Lead Teacher Certification and 36 months experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience: 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Regular attendance; intermediate PC skills and ability to handle admin tasks; able to lift up to ~60 lbs; able to communicate in English.
