Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive child care center. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, ensure licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's growth and center success.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

• Ability to meet state education requirements for licensing and center rules.
• Willingness to engage children indoors or outdoors with physical activity.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.42-19.14 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
