Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Columbia, MD is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor fellow teachers and create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers. Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
