Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ames, IA is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
