Job summary

Tiny Town Childcare and Learning Center is seeking a caring and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom focused on kindergarten readiness. You’ll create a structured, engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will plan age-appropriate curriculum, support early literacy and math, maintain a safe space, and communicate with families while tracking development. Ohio licensing (ODJFS) compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet ODJFS Lead Teacher requirements (CDA, degree, or equivalent)
• Childcare/preschool experience required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education
