La Petite Academy Mountain West is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class, while ensuring classroom management and curriculum alignment with licensing and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support the center’s success, and contribute to a positive, active learning environment for children and teammates.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
