Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Lead Teachers to inspire lifelong learners in our Carrollton, TX centers. This role mentors fellow teachers and designs engaging activities.

You’ll manage daily classroom operations, align with licensing guidelines, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success and promote child achievement.
